.These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders/ transactions of a customer. By placing an order/s through this site, you understand, agree with and accept below terms and conditions:
ASSURANCE
(1) Please be 10000% sure before placing order/s or submit your order/s. Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase products.
(2) When you already placed your order/s it means that you read and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

We will not accept your orders if you are below 17 y/o.
ABOUT THE GOODS / ORDERS
(1) This is pre-order unless stated onhand.
(2) All goods are direct from Korea. Unless stated from US, UK, Japan or Thailand.
(3) This pre-order is under NORMAL ETA and we have no control with the delivery and dispatch schedule of the store.
(4) We will secure your order once fully paid.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your invoice and payment details with a transparent breakdown of fees.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
(1) Products or items are available from the store / supplier and can be sold out without prior notice.
(2) If your order/s are not available or unavailable or out of stock, you may change orders, or we will refund your payments.
(3) If the product has no pre-order benefits it cannot be the reason for returned and refunds.
(4) We have no control with the stocks.
PAYMENTS
(1) Must pay on or before the deadline of payment.
(2)All payments done are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the store or supplier has stated that the items are out of stock and has refunded all the money.
(3) Down-payments/installments are NOT allowed.
(4) FAILURE to comply and settle their payments after the DOP (date of payment) will be automatically CANCELLED and also posted as Joy reserver or bogus buyer.
(5) If there's a valid reason for the late payment, there will be a payment penalty per day amounting PHP 100.00.
(6) Strictly, DO NOT give/share our payment information to everyone / others. In case you share it without our consent, we will take a legal action against. you.
CANCELLATIONS
Strictly, NO CANCELLATION of orders once you've submitted or placed your order/s. You will be charge PHP 400.00 per item as a cancellation fee or you'll be posted as Bogus buyer if not settled.
DAMAGES / LOSS OF ORDERS
(1) We are NOT liable for any damages and manufacturers' errors or loss of your orders during the delivery period as it is rest assured that we will pack your orders with the utmost care and make sure that they are safe on their way to you. No returned of items. No refunds of payments.
(2) The outer case is for the protection of the item/s; scratches and/or discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging or returning.
(3) We shall not be liable for any delays from the item productions, restock date and delayed delivery from the supplier / direct store.
(4) We are not liable and will not refund your payments for any loss and damages of your parcels/orders during delivery period or held by SHOPEE.
(5) We will not be responsible for abandoned packages that are not delivered because of mis-delivery errors via courier, incorrect shipping information, stolen packages, losses, product or shipping refunds.
(6) We are not liable for any damaged items done by a local and international courier, acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature, and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e., COVID-19!
(7) We're not liable if we received the pre-order benefits with dents due to manufacturer's errors, mishandling of delivery internationally and locally since we don't have control with it. No returned/replaced of items. No refunds of payments.
WRONG ORDER / MISSING ITEMS
(1) We imply you to take an unboxing video while opening your parcel/s. Please film a full, unedited, and no cut unboxing video from beginning to end. to ensure you have a proof of any potential issue. When proved that there's missing or wrong order/s, we will issue a refund or change of item/s.
(2) Strictly, PHOTO IS NOT ALLOWED. NO UNBOXING VIDEO, NO REFUND/EXCHANGE.
SHIPPING FEES AND SHIPMENTS USING LOCAL COURIER
(1) Shipping fees might change due to the item's quantity, size and weight. We will message you if there's some changes regarding to your shipping fee.
(2) Failure to receive your parcel/s upon delivery will tag as 'Return to Seller' or RTS. You will pay us again new shipping fees once your parcel/s are returned to us.
(3) We are not liable for any loss and damages of your parcels/orders during delivery period or held by local courier.
(4) We are not liable and will not refund your payments for any loss and damages of your parcels/orders during delivery period or held by SHOPEE.
(5) We will not be held liable or responsible for any additional charges that may apply.
RUDE BUYERS
(1) Rude buyers will not be entertained. Please always transact professionally if you want to be treated properly.
(2) We have rights to cancel your order/s for being rude.
IMPATIENT BUYERS
(1) NO RUSHING OF ORDERS. Please be patient since our supplier are from other country. If you aren't patient enough to wait, then don't submit and place your order/s.
(2) We have rights to cancel your order/s for being impatient.
COMBINED ORDERS
(1) Refrain in combining your order to your previous order/s from us.
(2) We will allow combining of orders when the items have the same ETA.
(3) You must inform us first and make sure that you stated your existing ORDER NUMBER in the remarks when placing a new order.
REFUND POLICY
(1) We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
(2) If the store cancelled our orders (especially from US / UK), we will issue a refund. It may take days or weeks depends on the store and on our card issuer. The refund amount depends on the situation (if we get full refund from store or not).
CUSTOMER INFORMATION

(3) Changes of delivery information will allow if your order/s are not tag as 'ready to ship/ to be ship'.
